TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE:AEMC
Alaska Energy Metals expands investor outreach
Alaska Energy Metals Corporation said it has engaged a broad slate of marketing and investor relations firms, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, as it looks to raise awareness around its Nikolai project and critical metals strategy. The company said the campaign will be funded from proceeds of the brokered and non-brokered equity financing completed in July and August of this year.
The announcement covers a wide-ranging promotional program across digital media, investor communications, content creation and community engagement, underscoring the company’s effort to broaden its shareholder base as it advances exploration in central Alaska.
Management frames campaign as a visibility initiative
President and CEO Gregory Beischer said the company is launching a “comprehensive, wide-reaching marketing and investor relations program” aimed at increasing awareness of Alaska Energy Metals and the potential for critical metals discoveries at Nikolai.
The company said nickel is a primary focus because of its role in electrical energy expansion, positioning the project within the broader thematic trade around energy transition metals.
We will now launch a comprehensive, wide-reaching marketing and investor relations program. The Company targets critical metals, primarily nickel, needed for a smooth electrical energy expansion. As a new company it is important to get the word out about the potential the Company has to find these metal resources at the Nikolai project.

Gold Standard Media and Virtus lead early spending
Among the larger near-term commitments, Gold Standard Media will receive an upfront USD$150,000, equivalent to approximately CAD$207,000, for a 90-day term beginning around November 1, 2023. The company said it may cancel the agreement at any time and will not issue securities as compensation.
Virtus Media Group, operating as PB Alerts, was retained for an anticipated 1.5 months from November 2023 through December 2023 at a total cost of USD$75,000, equivalent to approximately CAD$102,000, payable upfront. Its work will include Reddit distributions, featured editorials, influencer videos, social media posts, live Discord events, industry deep dives and educational posts.
Additional agencies broaden the campaign footprint
The company also signed a 12-month agreement with CanaCom Group for CAD$100,000 plus HST, payable in two installments, to provide digital content, marketing and media distribution services. Apollo was engaged for six months, with an option to renew monthly, at CAD$69,600 plus GST for investor communications work including email list management, live events and content creation.
Senergy was hired for one month at CAD$50,000 plus GST, paid upfront, to provide digital media and capital markets communications services. Triple Bull was retained for three months at CAD$50,000 plus GST to handle analytics, market research, content creation, campaign management and weekly reporting. Super Charged was engaged for six months at CAD$30,000 plus GST, while Energy & Gold received an upfront USD$25,000, equivalent to approximately CAD$34,250, for a 12-month promotional program. JRI was also retained for video interviews and related marketing work at CAD$5,000 plus GST in three installments after each interview is published.
Commodity Partners relationship expands into investor relations
Alaska Energy Metals said Commodity Partners, previously retained under a financial advisory contract, has also begun providing investor relations services such as calls to prospective investors, updates to existing shareholders and participation at investment conferences.
Commodity Partners said it owns 407,110 shares of AEMC and was granted 300,000 stock options when the contract was executed. The company said the compensation arrangement remains unchanged, at CAD$9,000 per month plus GST.
Investor relevance centers on capital deployment and dilution sensitivity
For investors, the key takeaway is that Alaska Energy Metals is deploying financing proceeds into a coordinated awareness campaign rather than into project development or drilling in this release. That makes the announcement relevant to cash burn, promotional intensity and near-term market visibility, but it does not change the company’s underlying exploration thesis.
The company continues to describe itself as focused on delineating and developing a large polymetallic exploration target containing nickel, copper, cobalt, chrome, iron, platinum, palladium and gold in central Alaska. The project’s location near transportation and power infrastructure remains part of the investment case the company is trying to communicate to the market.
Regulatory framing and forward-looking caveats
The company said the program is being disclosed in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policy 3.4 on investor relations, promotional and market making activities. It also noted that the campaign is subject to Exchange acceptance.
As with most promotional and investor awareness announcements, the release includes forward-looking statements tied to regulatory approval, campaign timing and capital availability. Those statements are subject to risks including regulatory actions, market prices and broader economic conditions.
